Orders are fulfilled by via the Pixieset platform and their partner photo labs, and will be produced to order and shipped directly.

Return Policy

It's very important that you are satisfied with the quality of the photo products. Please inspect the product on delivery to ensure you are satisfied with the quality and that it matches the description provided to you.

If your are not satisified with the print or quality of the product, please reach out via the contact form or by emailing info@mtnbeard.com. Once the cause of the problem has been identified, we will let you know the options available.

Change of Mind

As the products are produced to order generally no refunds or replacements will be issued for a change of mind or made a wrong selection. It's recommended that you preview the selection prior to order.

Australian Consumer Law and guarantees

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
